I don't know if it's because Halloween is around the corner or just this month, but I've caught up on basically all scary movies I've missed in 2010/2011.
I'm not one to go out to the movies. I hate the overpriced food, the people commenting, Michael Jordan's tall ass sitting in front of me, and most of all, having to pee all the time. I also hate buying movies, so I wait till a dvdrip torrent come's out so I can watch it. This usually happens a few months after the movie comes out. So I guess October just happened to be lucky.
I've always loved scary, horror, thriller, type movies. They've been my favorite. I know them like the back on my hand. When I get to watching them, I watch ALL of them, even the shitty ones. I also love ghost stories, I follow a few ghost story blogs on tumblr that I go to often.
It may come to surprise you that I am a little pussy when I watch these movies. I cover my eyes whenever the scary music starts to play, I scream like a bitch when something pops out of no where. Also, I'm afraid of the dark, and my basement. So it's funny that these are my favorite movies because I can't sleep half the night because I'm so scared.
Well, I came home from school today to steak taco's my mom had made. They were delicious. She was just leaving for work so I'd be home alone until I had to go back to school. Once she left I immediately got scared. I opened all the blinds, turned on the lights and kinda quickly started to put my shoes on. I don't know what but I was freaked out. So I left early. I wondered what the hell I was afraid of but I just left. So, I drove around for awhile and stopped at the trail off of Royce Road.
Once there, I sat in my car thinking I was just gonna nap till it was time to go to class. Instead I got out and started walking the trail. I barely had a coat, just some cheap hoodie from walmart. No headphones to listen to music, and actually no socks. It was very windy and pretty cold. I used to run and bike this trail last year, so it was odd not feeling the wind against me at 15mph. It was just the wind and me, no other factors. Since I didn't have music, I just listened to everything around. It was actually really calming. I had no one walking with me either, so I didn't have to worry about what to say, and there were only 2 couples walking around as well. The circle I walked around is about 8 miles if I remembered correctly, but it felt like one mile.
I don't know, it was nice to do something like that. I never walk anymore.
Currently Listening: M. Ward - Here comes the sun again
